30-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, undamaged products can be returned for a full refund, within 30 days of delivery, excluding Corporate purchases/bulk orders, which may not be refundable. (Note: Ordering more than 10 units of a product will be considered a bulk order.)Once the returned item arrives back in Nmoiss’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Return Requirements

– Item must include all accessories and original packaging, and the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
– For non-quality related returns, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
– For non-quality related warranty claims, Nmoiss refunds the cost of the product itself.
– Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. We cannot process refunds for non-quality issues after 30 days.
Note: Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

How to Return an Item

1. Please contact Nmoiss customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2. Nmoiss support will respond within 12 working hours with return shipping instructions.
3. Send us tracking information when item is shipped back to expedite refund processing.

Refund Timeframes

– Non-quality issues: Refunds issued within 30 days of delivery per guarantee.
– Quality issues: Partial refunds based on usage time if reported after 30 days.
– Allow 3-5 working days after received for refund processing and notification. 
– Contact us if refund is not received after 7 working days.

Order Cancellation  

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by email or online chat. Feel free to contact us if you have any question about your order.

Lost/Damaged Items

Contact us immediately if item is not delivered or is damaged. Provide proof via images/video if damage is reported.
